Buying a home is a huge decision. The listing is designed to sell it, not for you to get a great deal. Properr gives you a second pair of eyes. Paste a property listing and Properr analyses the price, potential red flags, missing information, local context, and what you should verify before making an offer. Built for anyone trying to figure out: is this actually a good deal?
I've been through the buying process twice, and it was about to be my third.
I found myself spending hours studying property listings, going to viewings and then realising that something had been left out, didn't quite add up, was suspicious or simply incorrect.
I hated the lack of transparency.
In the end, an announcement is written to sell you a house, not to help you get a great deal.
So I built Properr.
You can paste a property listing and it analyses the asking price, potential red flags, missing information and the surrounding area, and suggests things worth checking before making an offer.
I'm starting with the Italian market and I'm mainly trying to understand whether the information Properr surfaces is actually the information people want to know before buying a home.
