Gradually (or perhaps not so gradually), people are increasingly using ChatGPT and similar tools to search for information and make purchases based on their recommendations. In the coming years, "optimizing for Google" will no longer be the primary concern for professionals in the field of search optimization. For example: "I want a pair of running shoes; which one should I buy?" Will ChatGPT recommend Adidas or Nike? Ensuring that AI assistants mention a specific brand or product will become the SEO of the AI era. Promptization aims at performing "SEO for AI" (or, as some call it, AEO - Answer Engine Optimization) in much the same way that major players like Semrush or Ahrefs do traditional search engine optimization.
