Do you reuse AI prompts, or rebuild them every time?

I noticed that many people start from a blank chat for the same recurring work tasks. The result is usually inconsistent because the role, audience, constraints, source material, and output format change from one attempt to the next.

A simple workflow that has worked better for me is:

1. Define the professional role and real goal.

2. Add only the context needed for that task.

What context do you most often forget when prompting AI?

I m preparing to launch PromptForge AI Starter, a profession-first workflow for turning real work goals into structured AI prompts.

While building it, I noticed that weak results usually come from missing context rather than a lack of ideas. People often forget to specify the audience, constraints, source material, tone, or desired output format.
