I built ProjectPal after seeing how many skilled tradespeople still rely on jotters and spreadsheets to manage jobs, quotes, and finances. Available tools are often cloud-based, subscription-heavy, and designed for large teams — not for solo tradespeople who work on-site, often with limited or no internet access. ProjectPal changes that. It's an offline-first app that brings everything into one place: quoting, job tracking, time logs, materials, invoices, and even smart shortcuts to call, email, or navigate to a client with one tap. It also includes an AI assistant that helps generate quotes, summaries, and job insights — all processed directly on your device for privacy and offline access.
As a Flutter developer (not a tradesperson myself), I built ProjectPal around the real workflows I observed from those who helped with my own repairs and research — practical, offline-first, and built for solo trades and field professionals.

Unlike generic project tools, ProjectPal is purpose-built for trades and field work. It works fully offline, helps with quoting and insights using AI assistance, and lets you manage jobs, materials, invoices, and time logs all in one place. Most of the app is available as a one-time lifetime unlock, with an optional AI assistant available via subscription to support continued access to local model downloads and updates.

I’m proud that ProjectPal actually runs offline with local AI assistance and works across many Android devices, and coming later for iOS. It’s lightweight but powerful. Seeing tradespeople use it to save time and stress—that’s the real win.
