Hey, there! I'm Brett. I made Projectbook. It's a free book of project ideas for anyone to use to find inspiration for what to build. For years I've kept a private list of ideas of what I'd like to build to learn a new programming language or library. It dawned on me, why don't I just share that list of projects with everyone? The more time I spent on Projectbook, the more ideas bubbled up. This initial release contains 109 projects, and I'll keep adding more as I think of them. The projects vary in difficulty, and there aren't step-by-step guides for each project. Part of learning by doing is searching online, experimenting, and trying things out. Projectbook is for the people who want to learn a new programming language but find themself lacking inspiration about what to build. The entire book is open source and contributions are welcome—from projects you've made to resources you've found. I hope you find it helpful no matter what level programmer you are.
