Hey I’m Alex and I am one of the co-founders and the COO of Project Breakfast, our high protein, low net carb, caffeinated breakfast drink. As busy young professionals, my cofounders and I found ourselves constantly on the go and consistently skipping breakfast in the morning simply because we didn’t have time. We knew there had to be a better way to efficiently get our caffeine kick plus the nutrients + protein we needed to ensure a productive start to our day. We couldn’t find anything on the market that had the clean ingredients and nutritional profile we were looking for while tasting great and found that a lot of our friends had the same complaints, so we decided to make our own drink that checked all of these boxes. Our Project Breakfast drink is packed with 14-15g of protein per can and 80mg of caffeine , all while keeping net carbs to only 3-4g. We made sure to develop a nutritional profile that can accommodate keto, dairy free, and plant-based diets, while also including healthy ingredients to kick start your day and keep you feeling great like almonds, coconut milk, and MCT oil. Despite only launching recently, the positive feedback has been overwhelming and we’re super excited to share our product with more people! We have three flavors: chocolate, vanilla chai, and green tea matcha. We hope Project Breakfast will help you to stop skipping breakfast and start your day the right way!
