Programming Posters

Cool idea, would love to see quite a bit more posters, the existing three are pretty blah for me. Just a suggestion, why not allow users to submit potential poster text? Allow voting on each, best goes to print.

Cool ! Although I am not a poster fan. I prefer cards which I can keep at my desk. Single line anecdotes of best practices, motivation etc.
