As a multidisciplinary dev, I constantly dealt with an "identity crisis." I was trying to code, run a business, do marketing, and stay healthy all at once. Standard to-do lists just put everything into one overwhelming column, which completely paralyzed my brain.
I realized I didn't need better time management; I needed better identity management.
So, I built Productivitism a gamified system that applies RPG mechanics and operant conditioning to real life. Instead of managing tasks, you manage a "Party" of your real-life roles (e.g., The Dev, The Founder, The Athlete) and level up their skill trees independently.
