Let’s be honest: there are hundreds of other user feedback and NPS solutions on the market. But when I first met Simon, Michael and Samuel, the cofounders of Screeb, I’ve been really amazed by their vision: 1- We must radically change the respondent experience, because no one is answering to online surveys or filling online forms anymore. We use Screeb at Semana and it works great, easy to setup and much better UX than the others solutions we tested. I find a dedicated product for NPS and surveys works much better than the solutions usually available in CRM or customer success packages.
