AI makes building an app easy. Getting people to find it, use it, and stick around is the hard part — and most builders bolt marketing on after launch. PLX helps you design growth into the product itself. A canvas walks you through each stage of adoption: who it's for, what to measure, and which features, content, and messaging move users forward. The AI Coach rejects vague answers — you leave with build-ready elements, not theory.
👋 Hi, I'm Andreas.
I spent over a decade running a digital consultancy, designing products for clients. The same pattern kept repeating in our workshops: everyone wanted their product to grow, but nobody could say who it was for, what to measure, or what to build to move users forward. So I made a canvas that forces those decisions, and refined it over a couple of years of client work.
The workshops worked because I was in the room pushing back. "Founders" isn't a target customer. "Sign-ups" isn't a success metric. That pushback doesn't survive being written down as a guide — which is why PLX ships with an AI Coach that does what I did: walks you through the canvas step by step and won't move on until your answers are specific enough to build from.
Would love feedback, especially from anyone who's shipped something and hit the "now what" wall.
