A space to commemorate products that have shut down operations or have been acquired. Each profile includes information about the product's shutdown circumstances, possible alternatives, and a comments section for users to leave a eulogy or funny story.
Very nice idea I came across it a couple days ago, it looks like you pushed a great update! One thing that could be pretty helpful as the data grows, could be a 'search' function so we can look further into what might have gone wrong for a specific category! It could help some founders avoid making the same or similar mistakes.
Really love the idea! Making cool side projects is definitely the way to go!
P.S. What sort of a tombstone is it if it doesn't say year born and year died :D Also would love a search and sort by product type.

It would be cool to allow grouping of deceased products by developer, so one could pivot to a page of all the deceased Google products, for example.

It would be great include a summary of why each gravestone is there. Afterall those who came after the mothballs will just find digital dust.
Pros:
Nostalgia & Despair all rapped in to one site.
Cons:
It's all bad. They're gone.

At-least a place for products that are no longer in use.
