It gives GPT and Codex a shared structure for: * discovery * definition * planning * building * change handling * completion checks The repo includes: * README / SKILL / AGENTS * source-of-truth docs for seed, brief, spec, roadmap, sprint, and done definition * validation scripts * a worked static-tool example * a bootstrap helper for starting new product docs It is not a magic product generator. It is a practical repo asset for keeping product work coherent over time.
