DANGER!!! The descriptions are great and I really liked the service until my trial ran out. I subscribed because I need lots of product description for my site, but although they are taking the money out of my account, I'm stuck in limbo where it says I have used 0 of my 200 descriptions this month, but I can't used it because I need to "upgrade my service to get more descriptions" There is NO WAY to contact the company other than a webform which they ignore. I have written several times and received no response. Now I'm trying to cancel my subscription, but I don't know that they will respond to that either. It seems that they are a scam, which is kind of ridiculous because they had a good product.
