@timeisenhuth The idea of capturing product intent instead of just documentation is really interesting, especially since so much context gets lost between decisions and delivery. How do you handle conflicting feedback or decisions over time so teams can understand not just what changed, but why it changed?
@nicole_hynek Great question. I want to find the right mix of being opinionated but also allow teams to work in a way that suits them. In my view, everyone can comment on items and the team can decide if and when that gets formalised as a decision. That way we retain the link to the original item and discussion that anyone can access at anytime and that is searchable and discoverable by AI
