What do you think? …

Mattias Liivak
Hey, I'm Mattias, one of the 3 co-founders of ProcessPlot. We built ProcessPlot to help quickly growing B2B SaaS companies that work with enterprise customers stay organized. In our past roles, we managed complex cross-team activities like customer onboarding and GTM for new products. These involved multiple teams using different tools, and there was no single place to track everything. This caused problems like: 1) Teams working separately, leading to delays and confusion in responsibilities 2) Important information spread across too many tools 3) No clear way to see where projects were getting stuck ProcessPlot aggregates cross-team activities in one place so teams can: 1) See what stage a project is in and who is responsible 2) Find the right information without searching across different tools 3) Track patterns over time to improve how work gets done As companies grow, tracking work through emails, chats, and scattered documents stops being efficient. We believe teams need a single system to stay aligned, track progress, and make better decisions based on real data. Would be great to hear your thoughts. What challenges do you face when working on cross-team projects?

@mattias_liivak1 How does ProcessPlot stand out from tools like Asana or Monday.com when it comes to cross-team collaboration?
Mattias Liivak
@noah_ortiz Hi @noah_ortiz, Apologies for the slight delay in my reply. ProcessPlot is not a direct competitor to Asana or Monday.com but a complementary tool focused on structured process management rather than only task tracking. The main differences are: 1) Helps teams improve over time: ProcessPlot tracks how processes & projects perform without additional effort, showing teams where the issues are to fix them 2) Processes stay connected to projects: Combines process mapping with project management, making sure documentation is linked to actual work being done 3) Structured approach for a common understanding of teamwork: Free-form tools are flexible but can get messy when many teams are involved; a structured system keeps teamwork clear and organized
