Evolve, Detroit, was founded by three millennials, drawn together to create systems that help high school students have better futures. Having served the youth of Detroit as counselors and mentors, the founders witnessed firsthand how the education system struggles to truly ignite students’ passions and develop their talents. The toll is tremendous, whether in terms of reduced quality of life or untapped economic potential.
