Privsen

Zero-knowledge encrypted sharing. No signup. No trust

Privsen is a privacy-first toolkit where encryption happens in your browser before anything touches our servers. We literally cannot see your uploads. Share encrypted files up to 15GB, send self-destructing secrets, create anonymous polls, or launch encrypted chat rooms - all without creating an account. The decryption key lives in the URL fragment and never hits our servers. Built for people tired of "trusting" cloud services with their data. Free for most use cases. No email required.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I built Privsen after getting frustrated with the "just trust us" approach of cloud services. WeTransfer training AI on user files, data breaches exposing millions - it's endless. The core idea: what if the service provider literally CAN'T access your data? Privsen uses client-side encryption (AES-256-GCM). The key stays in the URL fragment (#), which never gets sent to servers. We can't decrypt your files even if we wanted to. What you can do: • Share files up to 15GB (encrypted before upload) • Send self-destructing messages (30 min max) • Create anonymous polls with fraud detection • Launch encrypted group chats • Strip metadata from images/PDFs No account needed. Most users never pay. I'd love feedback on: - What privacy features matter most to you? - What would make you switch from WeTransfer/Dropbox? - Any concerns about the zero-knowledge approach? Built this solo over the past year. Excited to hear what you think!
