I built Primer because I was spending the first 5 minutes of every AI session re-explaining the same codebase. "My auth module is here. My scanner is here. Don't touch this file because we reverted it 3 times." Every. Single. Session. Primer solves this by running locally in VS Code — it scans your codebase, tracks which files you touch during a session, and generates a single context block you paste into any AI chat.
