I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience.
I purchased a Presentations.AI Pro subscription expecting a professional AI presentation tool that could help me create executive-level business presentations. Unfortunately, the product fell well short of my expectations and did not meet my needs.
What disappointed me most, however, was the customer support experience.
I requested a refund shortly after my purchase because I genuinely felt the product was not as expected. Instead of receiving a clear resolution, I was repeatedly told that my case had been escalated to senior management for review.
Unfortunately, the promised updates either never came or required me to follow up repeatedly. Each time I enquired, I was told the case was still under review, but no meaningful progress or resolution was provided. The escalation process felt never-ending.
At one point, I was offered credits instead of a refund. However, this did not address my concern, as my issue was with the product itself rather than the amount of credits available.
I fully understand that companies have refund policies, and I respect that. However, I also believe customers deserve timely communication and that commitments to provide updates should be honoured. When a company repeatedly promises to revert but fails to do so, it undermines confidence in its customer service.
I had hoped for a straightforward and fair resolution. Instead, the prolonged process became more frustrating than the original issue.
Based on both the product and the customer support experience, I cannot recommend Presentations.AI.
