@benjaminnetter Hey Benjamin! Thanks for your message! To identify precisely fraud we combine different strategy. We use heurstics (like checking if the same device ID uses several phone numbers), we use a ML model that is trained on our historic data, and we uses databases of fraudulent phone numbers. We are continuously doing exploration on a small % of the traffic to evaluate our false negatives. This allow us to be very granular in our indentification and to avoid blocking entire countries when fighting against fraud attacks. ✌️
