Most pregnancy apps ask for an account and store records on their server. PregLog does not: no account, no server. Entries stay on your iPhone and can sync through your private iCloud. Log weight, kicks, visits, contractions, reminders, files, a photo diary, and postpartum notes. See today on Home, browse the calendar, and export CSV for your care team or family. Family can log weight and kicks with you via iCloud sharing. PregLog only records. It does not diagnose or give medical advice.

I built PregLog because most pregnancy apps want an account and keep your logs on their server. I wanted a straightforward iPhone tool: you record weight, kicks, visits, contractions, and the rest, and the entries stay on your device, with optional sync through your own iCloud. It is a record tool only. It does not say whether a number is normal, and it does not give medical advice. Core logging is free. The App Store link is above if you want to try it, and I am happy to answer questions about what stays on device and what iCloud sharing does.
