I'm sad to see that this only got 10 votes! I introduced Prefinery in Atlassian when we launched Bitbucket Pipelines and it's been a great product to manage the private beta. As far as I know Atlassian is still using it and I'm going to use them for my new venture.

Justin is also super responsive and offers great support if you have any question. I've looked at a few different options and they definitely came on top. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Pros:

- Ease of use, you can get started in a few minutes

- API for custom registration process

- Nice UI to view applicant profile

- Useful stats

Cons:

- Some issues building a custom activation process - but that was mostly due to our own flow.

- Hard to understand what emails are sent
