Find internships before they go public

Precruit doesn’t show job listings. It tracks early hiring signals like funding, leadership hires, career page changes, and ATS activity so students targeting technical roles know which companies are about to hire before jobs go public. No more spamming cold emails. No more guessing. Just signal-driven alerts that help you apply early and stand out.

I’m building Precruit because job boards reward speed, not strategy. By the time a CS internship is posted, hundreds of students are already late. The insight came from manually tracking startups and noticing patterns before postings appeared like ATS activity, adjacent technical hires, and subtle changes on careers pages. Those signals consistently showed which companies were worth paying attention to ahead of time. Precruit is an MVP focused on one question: “Is this startup worth my time as a CS internship seeker right now?” Instead of listings, it shows a company-level hiring signal (traffic-light style) and alerts you when that signal changes or when a CS-related internship actually goes live. No role filters, no ML claims, no universal coverage. Just explainable, ATS-backed signals to help you prioritize and apply earlier. This is still actively being built, and feedback at this stage is especially valuable. Happy to answer questions or hear what you’d want next.
