Hey PH, excited to share PracticeRun.ai. This project came about after experimenting with OpenAI's Realtime API. I was blown away by how natural conversations felt and thought it could be really useful for doing mock interviews. Interviewing is stressful because you don't always know what questions will get thrown at you, so it's hard to simulate that environment unless you have another person to help you prep, and talking to a chatbot just isn't realistic enough to be useful. Practice Run gives you a much more realistic interview experience and helps you dial in your communication. And the feedback at the end gives you some pointers for what you can improve. I'm stoked with the way it turned out and excited to share it. Hopefully it'll help a few folks land some jobs :)

@toddham Hey Todd, congrats on the launch! Love the idea of real-time feedback and how it adapts to your pacing—super practical. One thing I’m curious about though: Does it offer any specific guidance for handling nerves or anxiety during presentations?

@helen9 Thanks Helen! We don't have any specific instructions set in the AI to have it provide guidance around dealing with nervousness or anxiety, but it does do a great job of picking up on when you're not communicating clearly. It could be cool to experiment with adding a feature that lets the user set their own instructions so you can explicitly ask for guidance/feedback around certain things!
