So posture.me works differently:
Calibrates to you — a 10-second capture of your best natural posture becomes your personal baseline; every alert is a real deviation from *your* normal, not a generic angle
Face-first detection — tracks off face geometry (works even when your shoulders aren't visible), with 5 independent posture patterns instead of one collapsed score
Multiple locations, multiple baselines — up to 3 saved profiles (e.g. Home, Office), since your "good posture" at a standing desk isn't the same as in a cafe with a laptop
100% local — no video, frames, or telemetry ever leave your Mac. No account, no cloud, no servers involved
