Postural measures your posture from a front and a side photo on the device with Apple's Vision, and turns it into a Postural Age: your real age plus up to 8 years. Of the five markers it measures, only the two with published evidence count toward the score. A licensed physiotherapist reviewed the exercise routines, the form cues and the scoring thresholds. The years weighting is our own. Photos stay on your phone unless you share them. The scan, the number and the coach note are free.
