PortForm lets you add working forms to any website without building a backend. Create contact, waitlist, signup, survey, or lead forms with zero backend knowledge. Already have a form? Point it to PortForm. Building one? Use pre-built prompts or MCP with Claude Code, Codex, and other AI agents. PortForm stores submissions, filters spam, retries failed deliveries, and sends them to email, Slack, Sheets, Notion, webhooks, and more. 300 submissions free every 30 days. No card, no trial.

Hey everyone! 👋 I built PortForm to make website forms and form submissions much easier.
The idea is simple: you can add a contact form, waitlist, signup, survey, or lead capture form to your website without building or running a backend, database, or email infrastructure. Already have a form? Just point it to PortForm.
For people starting from scratch, PortForm also provides pre-built prompts and MCP support for AI coding agents like Claude Code and Codex, so you can describe the form you need and have your agent build and connect it for you.
Once connected, PortForm stores submissions, filters spam, retries failed deliveries, sends submissions to your inbox, and connects with tools like Slack, Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, webhooks, Zapier, Make, and n8n.
I built it to make one of those small but annoying parts of shipping a website much simpler.
Would love to hear how you currently handle website forms and form submissions, and what you find frustrating about the process. 🚀
