I'm Chidera, the founder of PortalKit. I built this after seeing how many wedding photographers were managing every single client across six different tools, DocuSign for contracts, Dropbox for files, Calendly for booking, Pixieset for galleries, PayPal for invoices, and their inbox for everything else. The idea was simple: one private link gives each client their contract to sign, invoice to pay, shot list to fill out, gallery to download, and a way to message their photographer.
