POPProbe

POPProbe has been a great experience and journey very since from Store audits to Customer Log and many more, it been a unique Retail Execution software by improving its features and our entire team efforts in ensuring to produce valuable services to customers and more enhancement ahead to easy store business.

POPProbe has great user interface and some unique features like : 1) Retail Analytics : Real-time insights to the granular level displayed in an interactive dashboard to improve decision making. 2) LMS: Training, Assessment, & Certification. 3) Built-in functionality for tracking your KPIs. 4) In-built Chat system etc.

Our Retail Audit tool was built for one of the Fortune 500 clients and we noticed that the product can be made more effective by building secondary problem that a Retail business was not able to solve. Our Team identified that tool can be built to digitize any Store (Retail, Grocery, Quick Service Restaurant, Chain of Salons) activities to help reduce time and focus on consumer engagement.

It's been a great journey being a part of such an hard working and enthusiastic team. I have given more than a year to build POPProbe as a Mobile Application Developer. POPProbe is a tool built considering all aspect for better user experience and to improvise Retail operations and we will keep moving ahead !

POPProbe is my first project. While working on it, I have learned a lot and captured a pile of skills. POPProbe is all about pushing limits. I am a Software Engineer on the team. My main duties are to conceptualize solutions and incorporate them into the Admin Dashboard UI. It has a unique concept of getting audits for Retail business. It can be used from low to high scale business. It provides a built-in functionality to track your KPIs as well as to train your team.

At the end of last year I joined Hope Research Group (HRG) , since then I have been working on POPProbe project. It's been a great learning experience for me because I have been working with such an amazing team, who are hardworking, motivated and really passionate about their work. I am proud to say that POPProbe has been a trusted retail execution partner of Fortune 500 firms such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi Co, Burger King, Nestle, Ambev, BMW and many more.

POPProbe is a Retail Digitization application that will make Retail Business and Operation simpler and efficient. Working with POPProbe is a great experience, exploring new solutions and researching on how to make POPProbe a problem solver. POPProbe is a overall package to handle all the store operations be it Checklist, Issue Logging, Customer Log, Internal and External Audit, Learning management System (LMS). POPProbe also has In-App Chat which lets users chat and communicate while you are in the app. POPProbe's LMS provides a vast repository where you add your unlimited Training content, provided you can also measure your performance via Assessments and Certifications. To measure the overall store performance, POPProbe Analytics provides a dashboard which provides a statistical data.
