Pets feel more than we think — but their emotional needs are often overlooked. Pooch’d is a calm companion for pet parents, helping you support your pet’s inner world with mood check-ins, calming rituals, and memory moments.
👋 Hey Product Hunt!
I’m Alex, the solo founder behind Pooch’d — the world’s first emotional wellness companion for pets. This idea has been on my mind for years. After building and exiting a veterinary startup, I realized how little exists in the way of emotional health tools for our pets.
We have Headspace, Calm, Duolingo but what about something to help our dogs feel more calm, connected, and supported?
So I started building. I wanted to create a space where pet parents could build small, meaningful habits — like daily check-ins, calming sessions, or mindful moments that deepen the bond with their pets.
🐶 Everything you see today is the result of weeks of testing, iterating, and listening to other pet parents. It’s still early, and I actually scheduled this launch a little too soon, but we’re aiming to have the app fully live by the end of July.
If you try it, I’d love to hear your thoughts: feedback, bugs, ideas, all of it. My goal is to make Pooch’d the go-to daily ritual for pet lovers who believe wellness isn’t just for humans.

@bagads hey friend, I haven't heard of WoafMeow before, but it looks like a great app. We're definitely not trending towards building an AI friend for your pets. More so daily calming habits and rituals. Think headspace/calm but for pets :)
