Pomodoro GYM sends you a notification every couple of hours with a workout to do. Configure the exercises & how often you want to see them. Deactivate the workouts you don't like or don't feel confortable with and let the extension pick a random one for you.

I created this extension for personal use at the beginning of the pandemic to compensate the tons of hours in front of my desk while "working from home". After trying it for a while I decided to share it with friends & family but I think it's about time to share it with a bigger community. The extension is totally free and there's no ads or tracking scripts of any kind so, just install it & enjoy it! Also even if you like it or not, please leave a comment or your suggestions. Thank you UPDATE: A new update has been published with a couple of new features: - A countdown to the next alert has been added in the settings panel. - Now you can create yout own workouts and use them along the default ones! (Thanks @yosua__putra for the suggestion on that one.)
