Hello 👋 I’m Sina, and I built PomoBest.
A few years ago, while studying at university, I realised something frustrating: nobody really teaches you "how to study?". We spend years learning subjects, but almost no time learning how the brain actually learns best.
Around that time, I discovered "Study Smarter"by Swedish learning expert Björn Liljeqvist. His ideas completely changed how I approached studying. Instead of endless grinding and burnout, he focused on smarter learning strategies: preparation before studying, focused work during sessions, and structured review afterward.
At the same time, I noticed how unhealthy modern studying had become. Sitting still for 6–12 hours a day, constantly distracted, overwhelmed by huge tasks, procrastinating, exhausted, and feeling guilty for not being productive enough. Most productivity apps seemed built around one thing: squeezing more work out of people.
But studying should not feel like self-destruction.
That’s why I built PomoBest — an AI-powered study platform designed to help people study healthier, smarter, and with far less stress.
