I built PolyglotSelect because I was learning multiple languages at once and got tired of translating one phrase at a time across different tabs and apps.
Now I just select any text on any page and see it translated into up to 4 languages simultaneously, side by side. It also has a built-in dictionary and text-to-speech for pronunciation.
