PoliEconia is a geopolitical simulation and management strategy game. Run a country, from budget and taxes to world trade, tariffs, sanctions, alliances and elections. A full economic simulation built on official national accounts: 49 traded resources, 9 taxes, a central bank, coalitions. Cut a tax, the deficit grows. Every decision has a price. Hi everyone! I'm Olivier, the maker of PoliEconia, a geopolitical simulation and economic management strategy game. I wanted a country management sim where nothing is free: every policy has a downside. Cutting a tax feels good, then widens the deficit; raising the retirement age relieves the budget, and sends people into the streets. The game shows the price of each decision before you make it, and you don't need to be an economist: everything is explained when you need it. J'ai voulu un jeu de gestion de pays où rien n'est gratuit : chaque mesure a son revers.
