This is interesting.. I think the pricing plans are attractive, the simple json api is nice... but how reliable is the data provided? A lot of other geolocation providers have either A) higher prices, or B) not the freshest IP data.. So the absence of info about the data quality/sources puts up a soft red flag for me as a potential user.
Edit: Also.. same questions apply for the weather data. Where is that being provided from? The pricing is way better than WeatherUnderground's..

@Jordan Coeyman, You can also try ipgeolocation.io, if you need a quite accurate (99% at the country level and 75% at the city level) and weekly updated data in an economical price. Its latency (average response time) is also really appreciable.
