Hey everyone! šŸ‘‹ I'm Jonathan, one of the co-founders, and I'm thrilled to share our new product with you all. We've just launched Podtailor - a website builder designed specifically for podcasts! With Podtailor, you can create a beautiful website for your podcast in just a few minutes, thanks to our user-friendly drag and drop page builder. Every time you upload a new episode, our platform will import it automatically and generate a dedicated page for that episode - totally automated! This not only saves you time, but it also helps with SEO, making it easier for new listeners to discover your show! Can I really create a website for my podcast in just a few minutes? 1. Create an account and provide the URL to your podcast's RSS feed. 2. That's it! After completing the registration steps, you'll have a fully functional website ready to display all your episodes!
It's that simple! Once your website is up and running, you can easily customize the design to match your podcast's personality. Change the font and colors to your liking, or choose a new theme if you prefer. You can even add more pages to your site, so your listeners can learn more about you and your show. So, how did it all began? Podtailor was born out of our desire to help podcasters manage their websites more efficiently. We noticed that our friends who were starting podcasts were struggling with manually uploading each episode to their WordPress site every week, which was a huge time drain. So we thought - maybe we could build a tool where podcasters can easily build and manage a nicely designed podcast website with the flexibility of a drag and drop CMS like Sanity (which is my favorite), that imports their episodes automatically once published. As huge fans of podcasts with experience in design and front-end/back-end development, we knew that Podtailor was the perfect project for us to collaborate on and build a tool that could streamline the website-building process for podcasters. By combining our skills, we aimed to create a product that enables podcasters to focus on what they do best - creating amazing content. Features: āœ… Auto imported episodes āœ… Connect your custom domain āœ… Add show notes and transcripts āœ… Monetize your podcast with PayPal, Patreon etc āœ… Built-in blog āœ… Podcast player - listen on episodes directly on the website āœ… Easy to use drag & drop page builder āœ… SEO optimized āœ… Display reviews from your listeners āœ… Collect email addresses for newsletters etc āœ… Contact form āœ… Google Analytics āœ… Website hosting included (We also have a bunch of new features and themes rolling out over the next few months! šŸ”„) Website examples: We have added a few demo websites that you can check out here: https://demo1.podtailor.site https://demo2.podtailor.site https://demo3.podtailor.site Finally, hope you like the product and the hard work behind it, and please let us know if you have any feedback or questions!
