Podex turns long podcasts into structured 8-tactic playbooks you can actually run. Summaries tell you what an episode was about. Podex tells you what to do with it. Covering My First Million, Acquired, Huberman Lab, Diary of a CEO, and more. Free to start.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Hamza, one of the two brothers who built Podex.
Here's the exact moment this thing started. Someone asked me what I'd learned from a podcast I'd spent the whole week telling them to listen to. I had nothing. Not one specific thing. Just "trust me, it's really good." Two hours of one of the sharpest people alive, and all I'd kept was a vibe.
And I realised I'd been doing that for years.
The podcasts were never the problem. The problem is you hear a great idea once, there's nowhere to put it, and it's gone by Friday. Doesn't matter how smart you are.
So instead of trying to fix my memory, we fixed the format.
Podex takes the best business and performance shows (My First Million, Acquired, Huberman Lab, Diary of a CEO, How I Built This, Y Combinator) and turns each episode into a playbook. Not a summary. A summary tells you what the episode was about. A playbook tells you what to do with it: 8 tactics per episode, each one ending in an actual move, not a "key takeaway."
The one thing we won't compromise on: every playbook comes from the real transcript. No invented quotes, no frameworks we made up, no numbers pulled out of thin air. If it wasn't said on the episode, it's not in the playbook. That sounds obvious until you see how many AI tools just confidently make stuff up.
Free to start. 3 full playbooks per channel, no login, no card. The full archive is $19.99/month.
It's just me and my brother, and this is v1, so I actually want the brutal feedback, not the polite kind. Two things I'm curious about:
Which show would you want turned into playbooks first?
And if you listen to a lot of podcasts, how much do you honestly walk away and use?
I'll be here all day. Ask me anything.

Ran a couple episodes through Podex and the 8-tactic breakdown actually felt actionable instead of the usual summary fluff, especially pulling from Huberman Lab. Wish the free tier let me save more than a couple playbooks though.

Finally something that goes past the usual summary dump and gives you actual moves to make. Tried it on a Huberman episode and the 8-tactic breakdown actually mapped to stuff I could try that week.
