Pocketcoach is focused on helping people overcome the psychological side of addiction and getting through those cravings. It would typically prepare you before quitting for about a month but I think Pocketcoach can still be quite helpful for you. Feel free to reach out with some thoughts at any point!

I like the concept of being reminded daily with short informative bits on how to quit smoking
