I built Pluck because I was tired of the same frustration:

Every time I wanted to quickly peek into a CSV, JSON, or Parquet file, I had to spin up heavy tools (Excel, Python, R) or upload data to some random website. For simple checks, it always felt too slow—and often insecure.

So I made Pluck: a Chrome extension that opens and analyzes data files instantly in your browser, with everything running locally (no cloud uploads).

Along the way I added:

My goal: the fastest way to explore data without breaking your flow.
