honestly this looks solid, the explainable scoring is a nice touch. one thing though, could you add a way for recruiters to customize the rubric weights per role right now? like sometimes culture fit matters more than raw skills depending on the position, and having that flexibility would make the shortlists way more useful
@erdem536284 Thanks, really appreciate that. That's actually something we're working on. Right now the scoring is role specific, but giving recruiters control over the weighting of different criteria, like technical skills, communication, culture fit, or compliance, is on our roadmap. We want the scoring to reflect how each hiring team actually makes decisions, rather than forcing a one size fits all approach. Great suggestion.
Finally something that takes the early screening grind off my plate. The explainable shortlists are genuinely useful, being able to see exactly why someone passed or missed saves so much back-and-forth with hiring managers.
