As a high-level consultant (applicable to any freelance), I usually join teams that are currently working with their project management system. I am entirely familiar with all productivity tools such as Asana, Monday, Trello, Todoist, Wunderlist, etc. Although this helps me to organize perfectly with my client's team, it is a big problem for my productivity as all my tasks and plannings are spread over different accounts, workspaces, and projects.
