Tell it what you want to achieve, and it helps break that goal into manageable actions for the week. You can schedule those actions, track what you complete, and check in with an AI coach when you need help staying on course.

At the end of the week, Pledger helps you look at what worked, what got in the way, and what to change next. The aim is to make progress feel less like a burst of motivation and more like something you can keep doing.
