I'm Stephanie, CEO and co-founder of Please Assist Me.
We started PAM because I saw property managers drowning in two massive problems: package chaos (3x more deliveries since COVID) and the amenities arms race (every building competing to offer more services just to keep units filled).
But here's what makes PAM different: we don't ask residents to download another app or trust random gig workers with their apartment keys. We integrate directly into the building's existing resident app, and every service is delivered by our assistants who are background-checked, insured for $1M per visit, and wearing body cameras while on-site.
The AI piece? Our platform learns building-specific patterns and resident preferences to anticipate what people need before they ask. We're not replacing humans, we're making them superhuman.
We're live in 50,000+ apartments with another 650,000 units in our signed pipeline (Bozzuto, JBG Smith, Willow Bridge, and more). This is just the beginning. We are starting with apartments but this solution can scale to condos, student living, independent living, HOA communities and more.
