One question: how are you thinking about user acquisition, especially against established platforms with network effects already built in?

For user acquisition, our strategy is to target
specific communities first — chess players, football
fans, and gamers — rather than competing head-on
with big platforms.
The games create a natural invite loop: you need
a friend to play, so users naturally bring others in.
We're also launching on mobile soon which will
help a lot with growth!
