We built PlantOS™ to solve a gap that every industrial plant quietly struggles with: machines don’t fail loudly until it’s too late, and traditional monitoring doesn’t tell teams what action to take. This is especially true for low-speed, process-critical assets, such as mixers, blenders, and agitators, where failures creep in silently and end up causing batch losses, compliance issues, and unplanned downtime.
The goal wasn’t just to detect faults, but to eliminate the ambiguity between “something is wrong” and “what should I do next?” Maintenance teams were overloaded with alerts but lacked clear, trustworthy guidance they could act on confidently.
Our approach evolved from building predictive models to developing a prescriptive system. We realized accuracy alone doesn’t drive outcomes; trust does. That led to the creation of a closed-loop system where AI not only predicts failures but also prescribes specific actions, learns from operator feedback, and continuously improves.
