Hey everyone! We're so excited to finally launch PlantLore on Product Hunt today! I've always been a plant lover, but I was constantly frustrated by two things: the mystery of an unknown plant on a hike, and the helplessness of watching a beloved houseplant struggle. I wanted an app that didn't just give me an answer, but felt beautiful and intuitive to use. That's why we built PlantLore. From day one, we focused heavily on creating a silky-smooth UI/UX. Many apps in this space are powerful but can feel cluttered. We designed PlantLore to be the opposite: clean, calm, and a genuine pleasure to interact with, from the moment you snap a photo to the second you get your result. Under the hood, PlantLore is powered by the latest LLM technology. This allows us to go deeper than simple identification, providing more accurate disease diagnoses and aiming to offer truly comprehensive plant knowledge for everyone from casual plant parents to serious garden growers. What are we most proud of? The experience. We believe we've created the most user-friendly plant care companion out there, and we're just getting started. We'd be thrilled for you to try it out.
