Plant Keep helps plant owners identify plants, review clear care and pet-safety information, organize their garden, and stay on top of watering tasks. It brings identification, care guidance, reminders, and plant tracking together in one simple app.
Hi Product Hunt, I’m Nesim, part of the team behind Plant Keep.
There are plenty of apps that can give you a plant name from a photo. We kept running into the same problem: identification was treated as the finish line. You got a name, a long page of generic information, and still had to work out what to do next.
We built Plant Keep around what happens after identification.
If a match isn’t clear, Plant Keep shows close alternatives instead of pretending to be certain. Once a plant is identified, the app brings its care guidance, pet-safety information, watering tasks, and health history together in one place. The goal is to help you make the next decision, not simply add another plant name to a collection.
You can use Plant Keep to:
• Identify a plant and review possible matches
• Check whether it may be unsafe for pets or children
• See practical water, light, and seasonal care guidance
• Organize plants in your garden
• Follow watering tasks and record changes over time
We’re still learning where plant-care apps leave people guessing. I’d genuinely like to know: does Plant Keep feel more useful than getting a plant name and a generic care article? Where would you still want a clearer answer?
Thanks for taking a look.
