Why we built this We needed a user-friendly planner for projects & events, but existing apps felt cumbersome and cluttered with buttons and controls, making them difficult and time-consuming to navigate. So we created Planoramic to be different — an intuitive, drag & drop planner that you can master in just 2-3 minutes. Simplicity and usability are at the heart of our design. And we are developing Planoramic further, guided by user feedback and feature requests. Our goal is to create an app that you not only use, but love. So we'd love to get your feedback 😊 ______________________________________ Who it's for Planoramic is aimed at people that plan activities, projects or events over days, weeks, months or years. ______________________________________ Key features Group tasks into swimlanes - Swimlanes can hold the tasks of persons, departments, project phases, etc Drag & drop - Easily edit timelines by dragging & dropping swimlanes and tasks Task notifications - Set up email notifications for each task. These are sent to all users sharing a timeline Share & collaborate - Collaborate by sharing timelines with friends, colleagues or clients. See updates in real time Public timelines - You can set a timeline as public, so it can be accessed by anyone, even without an account Optimised for mobile - Planoramic has been optimised to work flawlessly in the browser, on mobile phones & tablets

Wow, @alex_bugnar, this sounds like a game changer! 🎉 The drag & drop feature is such a smart idea—super intuitive! I love that you’re focusing on simplicity; that’s so important. Can’t wait to give it a try and see how it can help with my planning. Also, public timelines are a pretty cool touch! Keep up the awesome work, excited to see how Planoramic evolves!

Thanks for the feedback @blankwebdev. I’m happy you like it. If you have any further feedback after you give it a try, I’d love to hear it. There is an option in the app account menu, to send your feedback.

Hey Alex, How does it handle complex dependencies between tasks or changes in timeline scope? Is there any integration with other productivity tools like Slack or Google Calendar? Congrats on the launch!
Alex Bugnar
Hey @kyrylosilin, Thanks for asking. At the moment it doesn’t have dependencies between task but it’s a feature I’m planning to implement, based on the user feedback that I got. I’m not sure what you mean exactly by changes in timeline scope. Can you explain? In terms of integrations, it doesn’t have any at the moment. Here I’m also planning to add integrations based on what users request, so feel free to make any suggestions. Thanks
