Plannedo connects your daily tasks and habits with the bigger goals behind them, so you're not just getting things done. You're moving toward what actually matters.
Hey Product Hunt š
I built Plannedo because I kept noticing something strange about the way I used todo apps.
They were great at helping me finish things, but not necessarily at helping me move toward the things I actually cared about.
My tasks lived in a todo app. Habits were either recurring tasks or in another app. Bigger goals were somewhere else entirely ā in Notes, a document, or a vision board I rarely opened.
I wanted all of those things to be connected, without turning life into a productivity dashboard.
So Plannedo is built around a simple daily flow:
ā Tasks ā the things you need to finish
ā Habits ā things you repeat, shown alongside tasks but treated as something different
ā Goals ā the bigger things you want to keep in sight
ā Reflection ā a short optional check-in at the end of the day
Goals are probably the part I'm most excited about.
Each goal is a visual canvas where you can arrange images, text, arrows, shapes and other elements. I wanted goals to be something you actually enjoy looking at, rather than another line in a database.
And instead of pretending that a goal like "build a business" or "get healthier" can be accurately measured as 43% complete, the daily check-in is intentionally simple:
Moved ā I did something that moved it forward
Thought ā I spent time thinking, researching or planning it
Not today ā nothing happened today
No points, no guilt, no pressure to maintain another streak.
The idea is simply to keep important goals present in your mind while you go through everyday life.
Plannedo also has the things you'd expect from a planner: Inbox, lists, tags, reminders, weekly and monthly views, Apple Reminders sync, native widgets, and apps for iPhone and Mac, plus a web version.
The interface is heavily inspired by traditional paper planners. I wanted it to feel more like opening a clean notebook than a productivity control panel.
Most of Plannedo is free. The free plan only limits the number of goals, lists and habits.
I'd especially love feedback on the goal system: does the Moved / Thought / Not today approach feel more natural to you than percentage-based goal tracking?
Thanks for checking out Plannedo! ā¤ļø
