Hey everyone! I’m Tony, the founder of Plaicer.

I built Plaicer because most coding platforms felt too much like exam prep and not enough like the real world. Developers were solving puzzles, but not proving the skills employers actually care about.

Plaicer flips that. Instead of textbook problems, developers tackle real-world coding challenges like debugging broken systems, building APIs, handling data pipelines, and much more. The idea is simple: if you can solve these, you can do the job.

What makes Plaicer different is how it connects developers and employers. Developers level up by solving challenges and can unlock real opportunities. Employers skip the noise of irrelevant resumes and instantly see who can actually code under real conditions.

I’m most proud that we’ve created something practical, fair, and fast, a place where developers grow and employers hire smarter.

The beta waitlist is now open, you can join it here: plaicer.com. And very soon, we’ll be rolling out something for educators too… more on that shortly.
